| Mark of the Potter has been a working pottery shop for 41 years. We celebrated our 40th birthday May 2, 2009. We are now the oldest craft business in Georgia! We specialize in handmade pottery (functional and the artistic) created by our four potters. We also represent over 30 potters from the region, and carry locally made crafts, jams and jellies, books, and much more. There is something always new to see and discover even though our little mill has not changed much over the years. Hopefully, you and your family will be able to make a trip to the Northeast Georgia mountains to meet us in person!
TOUR EVENT: November 12th, Matt Henderson will be demonstrating at the wheel and November 13th and 14th, Maraiah Wenn will be demonstrating. We open at 10am and close at 6pm everyday. |
