| Welcome to the Funky Chicken Art Project. Our hopes are that we can provide enough information and directions for you to want to come visit us. We are located about an hours drive north of Atlanta in the North Georgia foothills. Of course, if you are simply too far away, please enjoy our gallery from afar. TOUR EVENT: Demonstrating artists in June will be: Christina White, woodcarving with handtools and chainsaw each day; Erno Owens, woodcarving; Ronnie Pettit, reverse painting on glass and spoon carving; Ester Lipscomb, throwing pots on Friday and Sunday, raku pottery firing demo will be on Saturday, and Billy Roper, artisan of painted stories, and carver of stone and wood. We will also have refreshments and a very welcome, and festive atmosphere. |
